1. We will arrange your inspection visit to Orlando, Florida where you will be greeted at the airport by one of our licensed real estate executives, who will then accompany you to your own private villa that we will arrange for the duration of your stay. You can combine this inspection trip with a family holiday or a well earned vacation and enjoy all the fun activities and attractions that Orlando and the Disney area has to offer.
   
   
2. On your second day, you will be shown around numerous developments constructed by independent developers so as to give you ample choice on location, size and price.
   
   
3. When you have found the ideal rental villa, we will arrange for a consultation with an independent mortgage broker to arrange your mortgage. You will generally only have to pay a 10% deposit on the villa of your choice to secure it. Then comes the really fun part, selecting your furniture package and the shape of the pool.
   
   
4. The next thing we will do is take you to see one of the area's top Property Management Companies, who will be able to talk to you in detail about how they can make your dream vacation villa a sound investment that covers all generates enough income to cover its' costs.
   
   
5. After enjoying some relaxation time to yourselves, you can then return home. Your villa will be constructed in approximately 8-12 months. More Than Villas will monitor its progress and keep you informed by way of photographs.
   
   
6. Upon completion, the management company will provide the necessary walk-through of the villa to enable a final inspection to be carried out. After we are completely satisfied, the villa will then have a thorough clean and be made available for occupation.
